This article is aimed at suppliers, working with the Mercanis platform by invitation of purchaser companies. Here we'll cover the basic settings that all users of the Supplier Portal can adjust.
You can access your personal settings by clicking on the icon in the top right-hand corner.
Personal Settings
- Click on your initials in the top-right corner of the screen.
- Click 'User Profile' to edit your preferences and notifications. This is where you can adjust your experience on the Mercanis platform.
Dark Mode
To activate or deactivate Dark Mode, click the moon or sun icon in the top right corner of the screen.
Change Platform Language
Choose the language the platform will be displayed in from the drop-down menu.
Switch between Purchasers
You can switch between clients if you are a supplier for more than one company using the Mercanis platform.
- Click on your initials in the top-right corner of the screen.
- Click 'Change Purchaser'
- Select the relevant client by clicking on their company name.
Support and Helpcenter
Click on the question mark to contact Customer Support. Describe the problem, providing the organisation name of the purchaser and details of the event for which you require assistance.
