This article provides an overview of all the features that are available during an assessment event.
Functionalities
The following functionalities can be assigned to assessment event workflows in Mercanis:
- Basic information (mandatory): Capture the event name, timeline and internal notes for tracking and transparency purposes.
- Supplier selection (mandatory): Use the filters based on location, capabilities or past performance to select suppliers for assessment.
- Supplier information: Use this section to request and review company details relevant for onboarding or compliance checks.
- Questionnaires: Use them to send predefined or customised questionnaires to suppliers and efficiently gather structured information.
- Supporting documents: Collect additional documents, such as Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) reports, policies or declarations, during the assessment.
- Certificates: Request any certificates required for qualification or compliance purposes, such as ISO or sustainability certificates.
- Contracts and agreements: Arrange the signing of COCs, NDAs, MSAs and any other agreements required for supplier qualification.
