Creating a new workflow
To create a new workflow for supplier assessments:
Go to Settings.
Open Configuration.
Click on Workflow Templates.
Click 'Add workflow'.
From the dropdown, select 'Supplier Assessment Event' as the workflow template type, then enter a name and a short description.
Next, select the functionalities that you would like to include. You can find an explanation of each one here: Supplier Assessment Event Functionalities.
Once you have selected everything, you can create the new workflow by clicking 'Create Workflow Template'.
After creating the workflow template, you can pre-fill the information for each module on the left. This information will be inserted automatically when you use the workflow in an assessment event. To save the information for the 'Basic Information' section, click the button in the top right corner.
