NDA Templates

Mercanis offers a secure and streamlined way to upload, manage and share non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) as part of the sourcing and supplier assessment process. 

1. Where to Access NDAs

To manage NDA templates:

• Go to "Settings". 

• Click on "Templates". 

• Select "NDAs".

This section provides an overview of all of your available NDA templates and enables you to upload and manage documents.

2. Creating a new NDA

To create a new NDA, simply click on the "Add new NDA" button at the top.

1. Name the NDA template. 
2. Add a description to provide further clarification on usage, compliance or other details (optional).
3. Attach the file.

Uploading an NDA

Either click 'Upload' or drag and drop the file into the designated area. 

The supported document formats include the most common ones, such as PDF, DOCX, XLSX and CSV.

3. Sharing NDAs with suppliers:

Once you have uploaded the NDA template, it will be easy to share with suppliers during sourcing and assessment events.

• Select the NDA in Event Templates
  When configuring a sourcing or assessment event template, make sure you select the relevant NDA template.

• Supplier Confirmation
  Before they can access the event content, suppliers will be required to sign or confirm the agreement (NDA). This ensures that everyone involved in the procurement process agrees to the confidentiality terms.
