Basic Platform Settings

This article explains how to personalise the purchaser platform experience.

Section 1 - Profile Settings

In this section, you can add or update your basic info, set up your communication language and notification settings and make adjustments to your experience. 

To enter this section:

1. Click on your initials in the top right-hand corner.

2. Click on 'User Profile'.

From here you can: 

• Click on the pencil icon to edit your personal details: 

And even your preferred communication language.

Notice: This is the language in which system-generated emails will be sent to you.

Section 2 - Additional settings:

• Dark mode

  To activate or deactivate Dark Mode, click the 'sun' or 'moon' icon in the top right corner of the screen.

• platform language

Click on the globe icon and select your preferred language from the drop-down menu.
This determines the language in which the platform will appear when you use it.

• Helpcenter

If you want to reach out to Customer Support, click on the 'question mark'. To ensure a quick response, please provide a detailed description of the problem and specify the event for which you require assistance.
