Sometimes, if Mercanis isn't working as expected, a few simple things can help you get back on track. Below, you can find some basic steps, that help resolve most of the problems.
1. Refresh & Retry
Sometimes it's just a session hiccup. Try refreshing the page.
2. Check Internet Connection
Ensure you have a stable internet connection as disruptions can lead to problems.
3. Log out & back in again
Log out of the Mercanis platform by clicking your initials on the top right, clicking on the "logout" button, and then logging back in.
4. Clear Cookies & Cache or try "Incognito Mode"
Try deleting Mercanis specific cookies or cookies in general. Emptying your cache can help as well. Alternatively, you can always use your browser's "incognito mode".
5. Disable Browser Extensions
Some ad blockers, password managers, or other browser extensions can interfere with Mercanis' features.
Try disabling them and trying again.
