This article explains how to create new workspaces in Mercanis
To create a Workspace
- Navigate to Settings >> Administrative >> Workspaces
- Click on "Add new Workspace"
- Fill out the necessary information
- Name: Enter a descriptive name for your workspace
- Description: Provide context about the workspace's purpose

Sharing Options: Choose the appropriate visibility level:
- Public: The workspace can be joined by users with the respective permission on their own
- Private: Only workspace or platform admins can add/remove users to/from this workspace
- Add Members: Click to add specific users from the dropdown list
- Click "Create Workspace" to finalize the setup
The new workspace is now available and can be selected when creating or managing sourcing events
