This article explains how to navigate within the supplier profile
Note: Be aware, that the supplier profile adapts depending on the modules your organization uses.
To access a supplier profile, navigate to the Supplier Repository and click on the card representing a supplier.
Supplier Overview
When opening a supplier profile, you are presented with an overview. Here, you can find a description, capabilities, reference customers, contacts, supplier owners etc.
Additional Sections
On the right, you can access a sidebar holding different sections of the supplier profile. From top to bottom, you can find:
About: Further information about the supplier, e.g., accounting, revenue and to which supplier lists the supplier is added to
Contacts: See, edit, add or delete contacts
- Activities: Add notes, log meetings and review changes of the supplier profile
- Measures: Open and complete supplier development actions (e.g., audits and improvement plans)
- Documents and certificates: Overview and access to all documents and certificates of the supplier
- Ratings: See all internal ratings conducted about the supplier
Contracts: See all contracts connected to the supplier, sorted into the different stages
Events: Overview of all Sourcing and Assessment events the supplier is included in
Spend Data: Spend associated with the supplier
Supplier Risk Measures, Integrity Next and Osapiens and other integrations
Editing a Supplier Profile
To edit the supplier's information from the Overview, about and Contacts section, click the "edit" button on the top right. After you made the necessary changes, click "save" for the changes to apply.
Information of the remaining section of the supplier profile, can be edited directly within the section (e.g., adding documents) or directly within the respective module (e.g., Sourcing Events)
Deleting a Supplier Profile
Click on the red button "Delete supplier" in the supplier overview.
Note: Suppliers can only be deleted if they are not currently connected to any active sourcing events or supplier lists. If deletion is required, users must first remove these connections.
